30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Obtain authorization and confirm the return details before sending an item back. Our return address is Lounbrex, 5 Allée Du Muguet, 62970 Courcelles-Lès-Lens, France.
Return shipping and restocking
Lounbrex covers return shipping when the return is due to our error, damage or a product defect. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping to our address in France. No restocking fee is charged.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue; photographs can help us assess it. We will arrange the appropriate resolution and cover applicable return shipping for damage, defects or items sent in error. The ordinary unused, original-condition and original-packaging requirements do not prevent assistance with these issues.
Refunds
